my journey

I started my fitness journey playing footabll when I was younger, after that I was then led to boxing. Both sports taught me discipline, motivation and the importance of movement within your lifestyle.

After leaving those sports and focusing on the gym I was then inspired to build on my knowledge. After hours of research, trial and errors and personal experience I was able to create programmes fit for all types of people. 

I’ve studies all body types, all ages and genders. Working closely with a female trainer to broaden all knowledge and make sure the programmes are fit for everyone.

Why

Fitness can be daunting and trying to find the right direction you want to take can be tricky. 

I started these programmes for many personal reasons, but also to help people. I want to show that it is possible to find your confidence in the gym, that training can fit into your lifestyle, and that studying your body is the best way to see results.
